Non-Profit Events Calendar

The City of Colleyville is proud to sponsor the events and activities of the community’s non-profit organizations. The City promotes sponsored events through its communication channels including the website.

If you’re with a non-profit organization and interested in having your event sponsored by the City of Colleyville please submit the official Non-Profit Event Sponsorship form.

To receive sponsorship, the non-profit group must be a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) organization that is either based in Colleyville, demonstrates it directly serves Colleyville residents, or receives funding from the City agency agreements.

Colleyville Woman's Club's Lunch with the Girlz Fashion Benefit
April 6, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Hurst Conference Center, 1601 Campus Drive, Hurst

Join the Colleyville Woman's Club for the 33rd annual Lunch with the Girlz Fashion benefit & Luncheon. This event is recognized as one of the premiere shows in the DFW area and includes a runway-style fashion show featuring five local fashion designers and three accessory designers. There will also be silent and live auctions. Proceeds go to support the CWC's mission to enhance the community through education, volunteer service, chairtable fundraising, and other member activities. The organization helps support the City of Colleyville Library, Senior Center, and Colleyville Center.For more information visit

GRACE Grapevine's Dine to Donate
April 13-22

GRACE is introducing Dine to Donate a newly-launched Restaurant Week showcasing local cuisine with proceeds benefiting local charity GRACE. Each price-fixed menu has a price point of $39 or $49, with up to $8 returning to GRACE. GRACE is a faith-based, social service agency that provides emregency assistance to an average of 5,100 families and individuals each year. Participating Colleyville restaurants include Loveria Caffe and Next Bistro. For nearly three decades, GRACE has partnered with the community to provide food, clothing, shelter, education, and medical care to guide families and individuals toward self-sufficiency. Friends of the Colleyville Public Library's Bargain Book Sale
April 28, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Colleyville Library, 110 Main Street.

The Friends have been collecting used books and materials from the community and will sell thsese materials at its annual Bargain Book Sale on the Colleyville Public Library's second floor. There will be private shopping hours for members of Friends from 9-10 a.m. (Memberships will be available at the door.) There will be a wide variety of books, CDS, videotapes and DVDS available for sale. Hardcover books swill sell for $1 and paperbacks for $.50.

Colleyville Garden Club's 23 Promenade Garden Tour
May 6, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Colleyville Garden Club's 23rd Promenade Garden Tour will feature five residential gardens in Colleyville on May 6th from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. There will also be a raffle, plant sale at Webb House, and two educational exhibits on seeds and bees. Promenade is the club’s only fundraiser, which provides money for its yearly projects, including many beautification projects for the City of Colleyville. For more details visit the Club's website.
