A ribbon cutting ceremony has been scheduled for the Plaza at City Hall prior to the December 3 City Council meeting. The ribbon cutting will take place at 5:00 p.m. in the Plaza with the City Council Worksession to follow at 5:30 p.m. We look forward to celebrating this new community asset with everyone!
