The City of Colleyville has established a system for citizens, employees, contractors, or vendors to report concerns and issues related to fraud, waste, and abuse of City assets or misconduct. Reports may be submitted by completing the form below.

Reports are sent directly to the Investigation Committee for review to determine if a formal investigation is warranted. All submissions are confidential and the identity of the reporting party will remain anonymous to the maximum extent allowed by law.
