The City of Colleyville offers an easy, secure way to pay your monthly water bill online. Sign in to the Online bill pay portal to pay your bill and view your consumption. There is a $3.95 fee if paying by credit card and a $1.95 fee if paying by electronic check.

Online Payment of Citations and Warrants

The Colleyville/Keller Municipal Court offers secure online payment of citations and warrants. Please note a 5% nonrefundable service fee with a 3.99 minimum is applied to each payment made online via the web or mobile device, as charged by the vendor providing the secure payment service.

Court payments can be paid at the court call center 817-993-1223 by phone. Bilingual phone operators available.

Online Resolution System for Traffic and Ordinance Tickets 

Colleyville and Keller residents now have the opportunity to resolve traffic and ordinance tickets more quickly and efficiently through an innovative online resolution system. Instead of having to wait in line at the Justice Center, you can have access 24/7 using your smartphone, tablet, or computer when resolving ordinance violations.  This empowers defendants to work with the court to resolve minor violations informally, at a convenient time. 

The prosecutor will review your case and determine whether to reduce the fine or dismiss the case in its entirety. From there, you choose to accept or reject the prosecutor’s offer. Throughout the process, you receive emails and text messages updating them on the status of their case.
