The City of Colleyville, in partnership with SCORE, will be hosting a Lunch & Learn workshop perfect for new business owners or those starting a business in the next year. Attend this workshop to learn:

• Startup basics
• How to test your business concept
• How to create a marketing plan
• Key financial concepts (costs, sales, risks, rewards, forecasting)
• How to fund your business

Presenter, Vivek Ratna, is a Certified SCORE Mentor and retired IT Executive and business leader/entrepreneur with Big 4 Management Consulting experience. Mr. Ratna brings his extensive business experience and energetic presentation style to each workshop and can identify with the challenges facing new business owners and bring the best practices of his many years of consulting practice.
