Contractor Registration is valid for one year from the date of registration and must be renewed annually. To register or renew please have the following information ready as PDF documents.  All registration and renewals are submitted online through our CSS Portal.

• Contractor Registration Application
• Current Driver's License
• State License (if applicable)
• Certificate of Insurance for all contractors (Colleyville is not required to be a named insured)
• $100 fee (excluding Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing contractors)
