The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board shall act in an advisory capacity to City Council and staff on all matters pertaining to Parks and Recreation, and coordinates with other governmental agencies, civic groups, and all citizens of Colleyville, in advancement of sound Parks and Recreation planning and programming.
