The Sign Board of Appeals consists of the same members and officers as the Zoning Board of Adjustment. The Sign Board of Appeals has the authority to hear and decide on requests for a variance from the requirements contained in Chapter 7 - Sign Regulations of the Land Development Code, and the authority to hear and decide appeals of an administrative decision on a regulation contained in Chapter 7 - Sign Regulations of the Land Development Code.
