What is the maximum capacity of the Colleyville Center for an event?

The Colleyville Center can accommodate up to 200 guests banquet style, theater and classroom style. Feel free to contact the Colleyville Center for specific capacity questions in the North Hall, South Hall, or Conference Room. 

What are weekend rental fees for the Colleyville Center and what does it include?

Center weekend rentals include 10 hour access and exclusive use of entire building. Rates vary depending upon the day. Friday and Sunday rentals are $3,000. Prime Saturday rentals are $4,000. All weekend rentals have a $1,000 refundable deposit additional to the rental. Weekend rentals include tables, chairs, kitchen access, your choice of caterer and, if desired, you may provide alcohol for your guests. While linens and decorations are not provided for weekend rentals, optional decor items are available as an add-on to the rental and noted here.

What are the weekday rental fees for the Colleyville Center and what does it include?

Monday-Thursday rentals are available from 8 a.m. - 11 p.m. Rates are customized based upon four hour blocks of time and your room selection and most rentals include access to projection, podium, microphones, and white linens on tables.  Call the Center event office at 817.503.1330 for your custom rental quote.

Is outside catering allowed at the Colleyville Center?

Clients are welcome to bring in their own caterer; an Outside Catering Fee applies based on final chair count in the floorplan.

Am I allowed to bring in my own alcohol?

Yes, open bars are acceptable. The client must provide a TABC certified bartender prior to the event date. Security is required, and additional to the rental, for all events serving alcohol.

Does the Colleyville Center require security at events?

Yes, all weekend events require an off-duty Colleyville Police officer at their current rate. Security may also be required for weekday events based on event size, children in attendance, and alcohol service as stated in the Center Policy Packet or otherwise determined by the Center Manager.
