EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2023- All plat, site plan and zoning applications now need to be applied to online through our new EnerGov Citizen Self-Service Portal, CSS. The online permitting portal allows for streamlining of planning and building permitting processes through digital plan review, online payments and online inspection requests and results. Paper form applications will no longer be accepted. We also now allow for e-check payments in addition to credit card payments through the portal.
