In an effort to streamline the development review process, the City of Colleyville’s Development Review Committee (DRC) has instituted a faster review time of less than 7 business days for initial review. These review times may be exceeded in rare circumstances depending on project complexity, but the applicant will be informed should that circumstance arise.

Additionally, this change will allow applicants to receive a faster turnaround for a complete review and approval of a request from the date of submittal (see the "Submittal Cycle Deadline" section in the Schedules below). Submitting an incomplete application, by not providing all required information and documents listed in the application’s “Submittal Requirements”, will be grounds for denial of the request.
