Community Services aims to enhance the overall quality of life in Colleyville.

School Resource Officers

Nine sworn officers are assigned to each school within Colleyville city limits. These officers serve as school resource officers, providing students, staff, and school facilities with direct one-on-one police services. SROs schedules coincide with school schedules, and officers also attend extra-curricular school functions as part of their official duties.

Child Safety Seats

The Colleyville Police Department is a member of the InterAgency Child Safety Seat Task Force and has several officers certified as installation technicians. Officers are available at various times of day for your convenience. Remember, the Texas Transportation Code requires all children under 8 years of age to utilize a proper child safety seat system.

Justice Center Tours

Tours of the Colleyville Justice Center for boy scout/girl scout troops, class trips or other organizations are available. Tours last approximately one hour and are often done in conjunction with a crime prevention or public safety presentation.
