Police Records is a section of the Administration Division. It maintains the official records compiled by all divisions that comprise the Colleyville Police Department.

Open Records Requests

Requests for open records copies must be made in writing on the form provided. Your request may be denied if it is determined that the request is not within the scope of the Open Records Act. Pursuant to the Public Information Act, contained in Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code.

Please allow 48 hours after the date the report was made for processing before requesting a report. Reports cannot be faxed.

Fingerprinting

Fingerprinting is available Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. This service is for Colleyville residents and employees for businesses located in Colleyville only.
