The project consists of the installation of new water and wastewater lines throughout Woodbriar and Quail Crest subdivisions. The project includes mill and overlay of the streets once the utilities phase of the project is complete. The anticipated timeline for the project is 365 days, depending upon weather conditions. The project will be phased so not every street will have construction activity at one time.
