Colleyville offers convenient registration for new water customers through 2TurnItOn.com. There is no fee associated with the service; however, a $52 deposit still applies.  The deposit may be paid online through the RevTrak portal or in person to the Utility Billing Department on the first floor of City Hall at 100 Main Street
