Residents can open a new NTTA TollTag account at the Utility Billing Department in Colleyville City Hall. Drivers using a TollTag will pay less to drive NTTA roads than those who do not have an account. You can use your NTTA TollTag on any toll road in Texas. You may also use it for pass-through and “terminal” parking at DFW International Airport, and for parking at Love Field Airport in Dallas. Watch for the orange circle “T” at several downtown parking locations.

How do I get a TollTag?
Visit the Utility Billing Department to pick up an application or download an application here.

You must have the following information in order to complete the application:
- TollTag holder must be at least 18 years of age
- Signature must reflect the account holder’s name
- Accurate vehicle information: year, make model and color of vehicle
- License plate number of the vehicle using the TollTag
- Valid driver’s license
- Payment must be made with a debit or credit card. The payment will be processed by NTTA.
Once completed the customer service representative will review the application and verify driver’s license information. A TollTag number is assigned and the application is submitted to NTTA, the TollTag will be available for immediate use.
How much will it cost to get a TollTag?
When you apply for a TollTag, you are actually setting up a prepaid account to cover your future toll charges.There is an initial $40 charge from NTTA on your credit card,this will allow you to have up to three TollTags for three different vehicles on your account. As you use your TollTag, the tolls will be deducted from your account balance. Once your account falls below $10, your credit card will be charged another $40.
