The Colleyville Police Department will resume accepting new solicitation permits beginning July 1, 2020.

Anyone going house to house or place to place soliciting, selling, or taking order for services, goods, wares, or merchandise must have a permit from the City of Colleyville. That permit must be displayed and clearly visible to the public.

Soliciting is only allowed Monday – Saturday from 9 a.m. until dusk (30 minutes after sunset)

The City's solicitation ordinance requires permits for all Commercial Home Solicitation, Commercial Home Distribution (handbill distributors), and Itinerant Vendors.
