Colleyville’s drinking water meets or exceeds all federal drinking water requirements
The city of Colleyville conducts rigorous and regular testing to ensure the water in your home is safe for your family.
Each summer, the city mails every household a Drinking Water Quality Report that highlights what’s in the water such as organic and inorganic chemicals, regulated and unregulated materials. This report is a summary of the quality of the water the city provides its customers. The analysis was derived from the most recent U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) required tests. This report is provided to every Colleyville Water customer as an information source about the quality of the city’s drinking water.
Although you receive the quality report annually, the city regularly monitors its water with a variety of tests to ensure residents are drinking quality H20 including:
- Daily disinfectant residual monitoring
- Monthly total coliform testing
- Triennial lead and copper testing
* The 2023 Consumer Confidence Report was updated to include level I and Level II Assessment Data as seen on page six.
